1\2 cup air panas (untuk oatmeal)
1 scoop bubuk/tepung protein rendah carbohidrat (pisahin).
1\4 cup putih telur.
1\4 tsp cinamon\kayu manis (untuk rasa).
Almond extrac (secukupnya).
Almond butter, blueberry.
Cara Membuat
Campur oatmeal dengan air panas, kocok, lalu diamkan beberapa menit hingga mengental.
Campur bubuk/tepung protein dengan putih telur, lalu campurkan dengan oatmeal-nya. Sambil diaduk, masukan kayumanis dan almond extract.
Masak di atas wajan panas yang sudah diolesi PAM cooking spray.
Hiasi dengan blueberry dan selai almond (bisa diganti sesuai selera)
Panggang sampai kekuning-kuningan
dinikmati disore hari bersama keluarga
